This i a problem I have with how people refer to these addreses, the 10.x.x.x, 172.16.0.0-172.31.255.255, 192.168.0.0-192.168.255.25 5 are routable addresses in so far as you can route that privatly, they are called not routable because you can't route them on the public internet.
