It's OpenVPN over TCP 443, not TLS/SSL for HTTPS. When you're trying to sign into a VPN from a very locked-down and anti-VPN network like mine, 443 is the only open port (left open because HTTPS is necessary). PIA has 443 configuration files available specifically for this purpose.
