Acquiring ip address problem

I have the same problem after loaded new OS 10.2.12941 a. Phone stuck at Acquiring IP Address b. The phone do get the IP Address. I confirm both on the device and on my router. c. Ping test successful Workaround. --> I have set my phone to use manually IP Address Is it because of the OS?
